All
speakers are kindly requested to report to the preview
room at least 2 hours prior to the time of their presentation
to check in and upload their presentation materials with
a staff. A staff will ensure that the presentation files
are delivered to the A.V staff at the session in time
for presentation. |

Presenters
should pick-up their presentation materials no sooner
than 1 hour after the end of presenter's session and no
later than the end of presentation day. |

session rooms will be equipped with a Beam Projector. |
